What is an agent-ready company profile?

An agent-ready company profile is a public, verifiable and machine-readable description of a business.

For people and machines

The public profile must work for people first. It explains concisely what a business does, which services are offered and which sources support that information.

In addition, anewera provides files that AI systems can read directly. This makes the profile not just nicer, but more structured.

What the profile contains

A profile contains a short description, a detailed description, services, regions, languages, sources, trust signals, available agent functions and links to machine-readable files.

If a screenshot from the analysis exists, it can add context on cards and profile pages.

Control stays with the business

Agent-ready doesn't mean AI agents may do anything. It means allowed functions are clearly described.

In the dashboard, the business can maintain contact rules and recipient addresses. Per function, a different internal email can even be used.

Checklist

  • The short profile is understandable and specific
  • Services are not generic buzzwords
  • Sources are publicly reachable
  • agent.md and agent.json are retrievable
  • Contact functions are active and routed correctly
