Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of anewera.ai and anewera.ch and all contracts concluded through them. The provider is Loaded AG, Klostergutstrasse 4, CH-8252 Schlatt, Switzerland ("anewera", "we"). Contact: hello@loaded.ch.

anewera operates a curated directory of agent-readable company profiles. An active listing includes: a public company profile, machine-readable profile files (agent.md, agent.json), inclusion in directory-wide agent interfaces (llms.txt, MCP, Agent API), permissioned contact functions delivered to a confirmed email address, and a dashboard for maintaining the profile.

The free website check in the chat is a non-binding analysis based on publicly available information; the displayed readiness score is an indicative assessment without warranty.

The contract for a paid listing is concluded upon completion of the payment process (Stripe). The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply — currently USD 29 per month or USD 222 per launch year on anewera.ai (CHF on anewera.ch). The subscription renews automatically for the respective term until cancelled.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time via the billing portal (in the dashboard) effective at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded. After the contract ends, the profile is deactivated or set to a non-public status.

anewera invites a limited number of selected companies per day to a free basic profile. These entries remain free; unlocking requires a short verification call in which the contact person, contact email and permitted contact functions are confirmed. Prepared, unconfirmed profile drafts are time-limited and are withdrawn without a response. There is no entitlement to inclusion.

Any company may request adjustment or removal of its profile or draft at any time (hello@loaded.ch).

The customer confirms being authorized to represent the listed company and ensures that the stored information is truthful, current and free of third-party rights. Misleading claims, unsubstantiated superlatives and unlawful content are prohibited. anewera may adjust, suspend or remove profiles with impermissible content.

anewera structures company information so AI systems can read it, classify it correctly and submit requests through approved functions. Whether and how external AI systems (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) mention or recommend a company in their answers is outside our control. anewera gives no guarantee of mentions, rankings, recommendations or any number of inquiries.

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not warrant constant availability of the website, the directory or the agent interfaces. Maintenance windows and further development remain reserved.

To the extent permitted by law, anewera's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damage, consequential damage and lost profit is excluded. We accept no responsibility for third-party content, linked websites or the answers of external AI systems.

We may amend these terms. The version published at the time of the respective renewal applies; active customers are informed of material changes in an appropriate form.

Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland — mandatory statutory jurisdictions remain reserved.
