Terms of Service

These Terms govern every agreement between Vibe Technologies LLP (operating as Anewera) and business customers who access the agent platform.

Conflicting procurement terms only apply if expressly confirmed in writing. Anewera is a B2B service.

We provide a cloud-based platform to design, orchestrate, embed, and manage AI agents, including client/project workspaces.

Features evolve continuously. We may add, change, or retire modules but will always maintain core functionality and communicate major updates through the changelog.

Target uptime is 99% per calendar month. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Login credentials must remain confidential. Seats are assigned to individual users unless otherwise agreed.

Content uploaded into agents, prompts, or knowledge bases must be lawful and owned or licensed by you.

Notify us immediately at hello@anewera.ch if you suspect misuse or security issues.

Current Launch, Scale, and Enterprise prices are listed in CHF. Prices exclude VAT unless noted.

Subscriptions are billed in advance per term (monthly/annual). Additional token or run packages are billed in arrears based on consumption.

Invoices are due within 14 days. We may suspend access in case of persistent non-payment.

All IP rights in the platform, agent builder, UI assets, and templates remain with Vibe Technologies LLP.

Your custom agents, prompts, datasets, and exports remain yours. You grant us a limited license solely to operate and support the service.

We keep all business information strictly confidential and only use it to fulfil the agreement.

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Data Processing Agreements are available on request.

We assume unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence. For minor negligence we are liable only for foreseeable damages arising from essential obligations.

AI-generated outputs are recommendations. You remain responsible for review and compliance in your domain.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the original term unless terminated 30 days before the end of the current period.

Either party may terminate for cause, e.g., severe breach of contract or repeated payment default.

These Terms are governed by substantive Swiss law. Mandatory consumer protections do not apply as the service is B2B.

Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Stansstad (NW), Switzerland, unless mandatory law designates another venue.
